The Pregnancy Assistance Fund (PAF) Grant provides support to colleges and universities throughout Virginia to establish Offices of Pregnant and Parenting Student Support (OPPSS). These on-campus centers provide resource information and referrals for health, social services and educational supports to enrolled students ages 18-29 that are expecting or parenting a young child under 5.

Information, assistance and referrals provided may include tutoring and mentoring services, academic planning, career planning, prenatal and parenting support, nutrition counseling, Medicaid and FAMIS enrollment, Healthy Start, access to housing, access to quality childcare and available employment programs.
