Crater Health District WIC Clinics Closed Temporarily August 5-9, 2013
No Interruption for WIC Participants’ Benefits

(Richmond, Va.) – The Crater Health District’s WIC (Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children) clinics will be closed temporarily from August 5 – 9, 2013, to allow for computer upgrades and staff training.

Although the clinics will be closed and not taking appointments that week; benefits for WIC participants will not be interrupted.

The weeklong closure will affect WIC participants in the cities of Petersburg, Hopewell and Emporia, the counties of Prince George, Dinwiddie, Surry, Sussex, Greensville, and Fort Lee.

If WIC participants need assistance during the week of August 5-9, they can call any of the WIC staff at the following locations:
