ADAP - AIDS Drug Assistance Program :

Income eligible people with HIV infection can receive designated drugs at no cost. This program provides selective prescriptions for HIV infection at no cost. Please call your local health department for more information.

There are no income eligibility or residential requirements to qualify for STD/HIV services.
