How to Register

Please use one form per registrant and be sure to fill out both sides of the form and indicate your class choices clearly on the second side of the sheet.

While utilizing our online option, you must pay by credit card and provide your e-mail address. Please do not mail or fax your registration if you have already registered online. Once you click "submit," a confirmation letter will immediately appear. This is your receipt and lists the classes you have chosen. You should print this letter and bring it with you to Symposium. There will be no other e-mail confirmation sent unless you request changes be made to your classes. If this letter does not appear, you have not been successfully registered and must try again. There will also be a copy of your course confirmation in your packet at the Symposium.
