VPHIB Support and Help

The Office of EMS provides several means of obtaining assistance for the VPHIB program.  Users can access the VPHIB support suite and submit a request, check on the status of their request, receive updates about the VPHIB program or utilize the VPHIB support knowledgebase.  Users can also submit requests by e-mail, or by calling (804)888-9149.  Live support is only available during normal OEMS business hours.
