The OEMS Patient Care Information System includes the Virginia Statewide Trauma Registry (VSTR) and the Virginia Pre-Hospital Information Bridge (VPHIB). The VSTR and VPHIB are used for a variety of uses including: system planning, system evaluation, grants management, support legislative inquiries, contribute to other state and national databases, monitor triage programs and more.
