The WIC Norfolk Avenue Office serves the Oceanfront area and is located on the Southeast corner of the intersection of Birdneck Road and Norfolk Avenue. Off of Highway 44 exit at Birdneck Road (south) to Norfolk Avenue. Proceed east and make a right turn immediately in the strip mall parking lot.
