Giles County Health Department is located on the lower level of the courthouse on Main Street in Pearisburg. Parking is available behind the courthouse and is accessed from Mountain Lake Avenue.
Directions from Dublin: Route 100 North, approximately 21 miles. At the second traffic light, turn right onto Mountain Lake Avenue. Use the first large parking lot on the right.
Directions from Blacksburg: Route 460, approx. 28 miles. Exit at 100 South. At the first traffic light, turn left onto Mountain Lake Avenue.
