Giles County Health Department is located on the lower level of the courthouse on Main Street in Pearisburg. Parking is available behind the courthouse and is accessed from Mountain Lake Avenue.
Directions from Dublin: Route 100 North, approximately 21 miles. At the second traffic light, turn right onto Mountain Lake Avenue. Use the first large parking lot on the right.
Directions from Blacksburg: Route 460, approx. 28 miles. Exit at 100 South. At the first traffic light, turn left onto Mountain Lake Avenue.

The Montgomery County Health Department and District Office are located in Christiansburg, Virginia, on Pepper Street in the same building as Montgomery County Social Services.

Directions: To reach the Montgomery County Health Department from Roanoke Road, turn onto First Street, just past Hardees, then turn left onto Pepper Street. The Health Department is in the two-story brick building on the left. Parking is available in the upper parking lot. Enter the center of the building and turn left in the lobby.

From Tyler Avenue, in front of Radford University, turn onto Downey Street at the 7-Eleven Food Store and continue three blocks. The health department is located on the lower level of the yellow two-story building on the corner of Downey and Third Streets, across from the First Baptist Church.
