Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program

Are you pregnant? Are you breastfeeding or just had a baby? Do you have a child under 5?

• You may be able to receive WIC services and foods, if you meet the income guidelines.*

• Even if you are working, or if you do not qualify for Medicaid, you may still be eligible for WIC

• Are you pregnant?s
• Are you breastfeeding or just had a baby?
• Are you caring for children under age 5?
• Right now, you may need some extra help buying nutrition foods for your kids during your pregnancy.

• WIC can help you buy milk, cheese, eggs, baby formula, cereal, peanut butter and   other healthy foods.
• If you are breastfeeding, WIC can assist you in purchasing nutritious food for    yourself, so that you can take care of your baby.
• WIC foods NOW include Vegetables, Fruits, and Whole Grain Breads.
• When there is a medical need, WIC can often help with Soy Milk, or specialty formulas.
