Health care services are provided to Hampton residents on a sliding
fee scale according to ability to pay. Many services are provided
free of charge. Eligibility for services must be determined annually.
Clients need to bring proof of gross
income to the eligibility office in the health department
clinic where they wish to be seen.
Eligibility hours are 8:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 - 3:30 p.m.,
Monday through Friday.
