Adult Vaccination Coverage

As determined by Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System, (BRFSS)

BRFSS is conducted at national, regional and state levels.  It is a telephone survey conducted by each State Health Department with technical assistance from CDC.  The survey collects information on various health behaviors and risk factors for disease, including adult vaccinations.  Using random-digit dialing, each state selects a random sample of its non-institutionalized adults older than 18 years of age who have a telephone.  Below are the data on adult immunization for Virginia, 2001-2010.
