The Board normally meets eight times a year in the main conference room in the Madison Building located at 109 Governor Street, Richmond, Virginia 23219. In 2013 the Board will be meeting at the The Perimeter Center, 9960 Mayland Drive, Training Rooms 1A, 1B, & 1C, 2nd Floor, Henrico, VA 23233. Hearings begin promptly at 9:00 am and all parties and witnesses for each case to be heard are required to be present at 9:00 am.
